PAMELA FINN
Pamela Finn is a visionary leader and global business strategist with more than 30 years of experience founding, scaling, and advising companies across global manufacturing, real estate investment, consumer products, and emerging technologies. She is recognized for driving transformational growth through operational excellence, international expansion, and investment-driven business models.

Pamela founded and led Creative Enterprises Inc., a global design and manufacturing company with operations across Asia, the United States, and Europe. Under her leadership, the company built a world-class supply and manufacturing network serving premier athletic brands including Nike, Adidas, the NBA, and the NFL, culminating in a successful exit. She later joined Burlington Capital, where she led a business unit turnaround and sale, became a Managing Member of Fund VI (Multifamily Real Estate Fund), and served as General Partner of Proven Ventures Fund One.​
​Today, Pamela advises private equity firms, venture-backed businesses, and privately held companies on scaling operations, optimizing global supply chains, managing risk, and executing sustainable growth strategies. Her board experience spans real estate investment trusts, investment funds, education, and community organizations, bringing a disciplined, operator-investor lens to governance and strategy.

In 2025, Pamela launched the Midwest Women Entrepreneurs Collective (MWEC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating, connecting, and elevating women-owned businesses across the Midwest. Through mentorship, access to capital, and peer community, MWEC is building the next generation of high-impact women founders. Her leadership and advocacy have been recognized by Midlands Business Journal and Silicon Prairie News.

Beyond her board and advisory work, Pamela co-founded Redefining Business Intelligence, an AI consultancy helping organizations turn data into strategic action. A global speaker and dedicated mentor, she also brings a grounded leadership philosophy shaped by extensive travel, completing the Camino de Santiago, and her practice as a certified yoga instructor.
